The System Problem message indicates that there is an error within the Advance Ship Notice used to generate the labels. Required fields must be completed without errors on the Advance Ship Notice prior to generating shipping labels. You can check for errors within the Advance Ship Notice by clicking Check for Errors.
Review your items within the Order tab and confirm that the Qty Per Carton and Shipped Qty fields are accurate. Please Note: This error message may appear for a variety of reasons. If the error message persists, please reach out to Customer Support using Messenger to get the issue resolved.
