Before saving or sending any document from your Fulfillment account, we recommend checking for errors. Checking for errors ensures that all required, and conditionally required fields, have been filled out before the document is sent.

When working in a document, you can use the Check For Errors icon located upper right corner of the document at any time to see if there is missing or invalid data.

If there are errors, or fields that need to be filled out, Check for Errors will will take highlight the fields of the document that needs to be addressed. You will also see how many errors are on each tab.

Click the red exclamation mark to view more information about the error.

  1. Create a document you need to send to a Trading Partner.

  2. Click the gear icon.

  3. Select Continuous Check for Errors.

  4. Any field that is required and not completed will be highlighted in red.

Any new document you create will now highlight errors immediately. When you fix an error, the red border will disappear, showing that the field is complete.
