The Merge Documents feature in Fulfillment allows you to create a single shipping document from multiple Advance Ship Notices (ASNs).
Generate and print your shipping labels for multiple orders in advance, even before knowing the specific shipment or truck it will be packed in.
Review your Shipments

Before you merge your ASNs, review each document to confirm they are packed correctly. Click the
check for errors icon to confirm you have resolved all errors within each document before merging.

1. Select Your Shipments
On the Transactions tab, locate the ASNs you wish to merge into a single shipment. Use Advanced Search to narrow down your results.
Check the boxes for each ASN that is shipping together.
From the actions menu, select Merge.

2. Determine the Document Sequence
Determine the order in which your documents are merged. Checking the box at the top of the list will order them sequentially, as they appear (1, 2, 3). If you wish to reorder the documents, you can select the check box in the order you prefer. (2, 3, 1)
3. Choose a Merge Mode
There are two ways that your documents can be merged. Review the scenarios below to know which choice is right for you.
Merge Tare β Merge all into a single Tare
Copy Tare β Add all Tares together, copying all Tare information
4. Merge Your Documents
Once you have determined the document sequence and have selected a merge mode, click Continue.

5. Review & Send a Merged Document
Your previous shipments will disappear from the workflow, and you will see your newly created single ASN feed.
π¨ Editing your merged ASN may result in changes and invalid information being communicated via the shipping label. Review each ASN before before merging to avoid errors.
