Archived Documents
Documents that have been archived will no longer appear in search results, unless otherwise specified in your search criteria. You can archive any documents that you have received, like an Order, or documents you have sent, like an Advance Ship Notice or Invoice.

Archiving documents can help keep your account organized.
Do you have an Order that was cancelled outside of Fulfillment, but it still appears as Open?
Have you completed a workflow and want to view only your open Orders on Transactions tab?

You cannot archive documents in a saved status. From the actions bar, click the trash icon to delete.

If needed, you can delete multiple documents at once from the Transactions tab.

To Archive from the document view, click the Archive icon. The icon will then appear next to the Document ID at the top of the document and in the workflow. Click

π Locating Archived Documents
If you need to locate documents that you have archived, when setting your search criteria within the Transactions tab, ensure that you have selected Include or All under Archived Documents.
