In this article we will walk through how to run custom searches through your documents in the Transactions tab.
This is part one of the Transactions tab series. The Transactions tab is where you can search, view, and action on all documents you have received, saved, or sent from your SPS Commerce account. Go to other parts of this series with the links below.

Searching for Documents in Fulfillment
Search Options
Use the search bar in the top left to search by any data in any searchable field.
Advanced Search
Click Advanced Search for more specific options such as:
Custom Date Range: Set your own date range or use one of the default ranges.
Document Direction: Inbound shows documents you have received. Outbound shows documents you have sent. All shows both.
Archived Documents: Exclude, Include, or search Only for documents that have been Archived.
Favorite Documents: Exclude, Include, or search Only for documents that have been marked as Favorites.
Partner: Search by one or more Trading Partners.
Document Type: Search by one or more document type.
Status: Search by one or more document status.
Alert: Search by one or more Alert status.
Workflows Ready For: Search for Orders that are ready for a certain step in the Workflow. For example, Orders ready for an Invoice. This will also return any saved documents that relate to that step, such as saved Invoices.
Document Tag: Search for customized tags that have been attached to documents.
Save Searches
Save any custom search for future use by clicking + Save Search, name the search, and click save. Next time you want to perform that same search, load your saved searches quickly from the Saved Search dropdown.
Sticky Search
Your search criteria will remain even if you leave the Transactions tab. This means you can safely navigate around SPS Commerce and into documents and workflows without having to redo your Transaction tab search.
Click Clear Fields to clear your search criteria.
