How to utilize the document tagging feature!

How To Create A Document Tag

Click the Preferences tab in the Fulfillment navigation bar, then click Document Tags.  To create a new tag, click Create Tag. Remember to click Save!

How To Attach A Document Tag

Locate the document in the Transactions tab you wish to attach the tag to, then click the Actions icon and select Edit Tag.  You can create a new tag or select a previously existing tag. Remember to click Save!

How To Remove A Document Tag 

Locate the document in the Transactions tab you wish to remove the tag from, then click the Actions icon and select Edit Tag.  Remove the tag by clicking the x. Remember to click Save!

How To Bulk Manage Document Tags

To attach a tag(s) to multiple documents at once, locate the documents within the Transactions tab.   Use the Select box to select your desired documents. An Actions Panel will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the More Actions icon, and then select Edit Tags. Click into Find a Tag to search for an already existing tag. Click Create a New Tag to create and attach a new tag to your selected documents. Remember to click Apply!

To remove a tag(s) attached to multiple documents at once, locate the documents within the Transactions tab.   Use the Select box to select your desired documents. An Actions Panel will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the More Actions icon, and then select Edit Tags.  Click the x next to the tag(s) you wish to remove from your selected documents. Remember to click Apply! 

How To Edit/Delete A Document Tag  

Click the Preferences tab in the Fulfillment navigation bar, then click Document Tags.  To delete a tag, click the Delete icon.  To edit a tag, click the Edit Icon.

How To Search For A Document Tag

Click the Transactions tab in the Fulfillment navigation bar, then click Advanced Search.  Use the Tags field to search for a specific document tag. Remember to click Search!

Suggestions For Utilizing Document Tags

  • Tag documents that need to be printed with a 'To Print' tag. 

  • Tag documents by the fulfillment model being used, for example 'Drop Ship Order'.

  • Tag documents by ownership, for example 'Chris Purchase Order'.

  • Tag documents that have changes coming.
