How do I edit my Actionable Insights?

What are Actionable Insights?

Actionable Insights are the tiles that display at the top of your Dashboard tab. They provide you with summary level information on the documents within your Fulfillment account. Three Insights will automatically display: New Orders, Errors, and Pending Partner Receipt. You also have the ability to activate additional Insights to further personalize your Dashboard tab.

How do I customize my Actionable Insights?

To update the insights that display in your Dashboard tab, follow the steps listed below: 

Click on the gear icon to the right of the Insights tiles, or click into the Preferences tab.

  1. Click Insight Customization

  2. To activate an Insight, toggle the switch to blue. 

    1. Optional - Rearrange Insights by dragging and dropping into place.


Exclude Trading Partners

Within Insight Customization, you also have the ability to exclude Trading Partners from your Insights. To do this, click the Actions icon, and click Edit. From the menu, select the Trading Partners you do not want to see in your Insights.
