Create and design Actionable Insight tiles to meet your needs and see the most important information on your Dashboard.
Create a custom Insight Tile
From the Settings tab click Insights & Search, then click Create Insight.
Name and Design your Insight
Enter an Insight Name.
Select a Type of Insight. This indicates the color of the tile.
Select an Icon from the drop-down menu.
Add Search Criteria
Within Search Options, apply filters to display the results you want to see in your Insight Tile.
Example: Your Orders from Amazon Warehouse are top priority and it's important to quickly access and fill these Orders. You need to create an Insight Tile to see only new Amazon Warehouse Orders. Below the filters Partner, Document Type, and Status have been applied:
Save and Organize your Insight
Click Save once you have all of your search criteria set and the required fields are complete. Once saved, you will see a green Success message.
Your new Insight will appear at the bottom of the standard list. You can drag the tile up to the Show on Top section. If you want this tile to always appear, even when there are no documents, use the actions menu to Pin your Insight.
