Accessing the SPS Training Center
When you log in to Commerce Platform, you will automatically have access to the SPS Training Center. Training Center provides self-paced eLearnings, Instructor-Led Trainings (depending on product), and on demand training content. Training is available for SPS products, including how to use SPS products when partnering with specific retailers.
How to Log In
Not sure how to get started? Follow the steps below or use our walk-through guide to learn how to log in to your SPS Commerce account—either from your first Order email or directly through the platform URL.
Log in to Commerce Platform.
Enter the email address associated with your Fulfillment account and your password.
Click Next.
Click the graduation cap icon to open the Training Center.
✅ That’s it! You’re in.
You may already have courses you’ve been automatically enrolled in. You can start, pause, or resume any course at any time.
Creating Individual User Accounts for Training
If your organization shares a single Fulfillment login, your team members can still take their own SPS training courses. Each user can create an Individual User Account to access an individualized view of Training Center.
Why create an Individual User Account?
Allows each user to complete self-paced eLearnings
Tracks each person’s training progress
Individualized knowledge check results and certificates
Prevents confusion that can occur when multiple users share one account for training
Note: Individual User Accounts are for training purposes only. They do not provide access to SPS products or Fulfillment functions.
How to get started
Org Admins can invite their team members to create their own Individual User Accounts in Training Center.
Invitees will receive an email to create an Individual User Account. After creating an account distinct from the shared account, users can log in and start learning right away.
