Logging In to SPS Commerce

Log into SPS Commerce and navigate support resources

In this article, we will walk through how to login to SPS Commerce.


Brand new to SPS Commerce?

You will receive an email invitation to register when your setup is completed by the SPS Commerce consultant responsible for your implementation.


System Requirements

Supported operating systems:

  • Mac OSX and above

  • Windows 7 and above

Supported Browsers:

  • Google Chrome

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Apple Safari

  • Microsoft Edge


Logging in

Your login information is your company registered email address and the password you set up.


Home Page

When you log in, you are brought to the SPS Commerce home screen.

Switching Between Multiple Accounts

If you have access to more than one account or organization, you can easily toggle between them directly from your home page.

  1. Locate your profile: In the upper right corner of the home page, find the section displaying your name > current organization.

  2. Open the menu: If multiple accounts are available, a drop-down arrow will appear next to your organization's name.

  3. Select your account: Click the arrow and choose the desired organization from the list to switch views.

If your home page appears empty or you don't see the applications you expect, double-check that you are logged into the correct account using the steps above.

All SPS Commerce products and services that you have access to are displayed in tile view. Clicking a tile will launch that product.

Edit your basic profile information such as your name and title.

Any notifications about documents can be found in this tab. Notifications can also be accessed by the bell icon in the navigation bar.

Adjust preferences such as date/time format and language. You can also change your account password.

If you are logged into an Admin account, you will also see an Admin tab in the Navigation bar where you can add, edit, and remove additional users and product access for your organization.

Note: While you can update your name and role, your email address cannot be changed. Because your account is uniquely tied to the email used at signup, switching to a new email address would require creating a new account. Navigation Bar

The blue navigation bar, located across the top of the page, is available at all times when you are signed into your account.

Click SPS Commerce to return to the Home Page.

Click the Applications icon to see a menu of all products and services you have access to.

Click Reminders to see notifications about documents that need your attention.

Click the Messenger icon to chat with a member of the SPS Commerce team or search our library of help articles.

Click the Training Center icon to be brought to the SPS Commerce Training Center. Training Center is an on-demand learning environment where you can learn about SPS Commerce products and your trading partnerships.

Click the Life Preserver icon to navigate to the contacts page for the SPS Commerce Customer Support Teams.

Click your User Profile to sign out of your account or change organizations if you are attached to more than one.
