Exporting Invoice Data with Shipping Charges

Check the following columns for shipping income/charges:
Allow/Charge Type (e.g., "Freight" or "Shipping")
Allow/Charge Service (e.g., "Standard Shipping")
Allow/Charge Amt (monetary amount)
Allow/Charge Desc (e.g., "Shipping Fee")
Note that the Invoice Total may include shipping charges, while the Merchandise Total typically excludes them.
Exporting Data Older Than the Retention Period
SPS Commerce retains documents for up to 13 months. Documents older than this may not be accessible for export.
For older documents, contact your trading partner directly to request historical data.
Limitations and Considerations
Item-Level Data: Fulfillment does not provide a report with all item-level details. For basic order exports, use the batch download feature.
Cross-Reference Lists: Fulfillment does not maintain a database of Vendor Part Numbers and retailer SKUs. Request such lists directly from your trading partner.
