The Pack type that you select is not referring to the quantity in your shipping unit but rather the number of unique line items, or SKUs, within the carton/pallet.

Single Item per Pack means you are including one item, or one SKU, in a shipping unit. πŸ’‘The Shipped Quantity must be divisible by the Quantity per Carton.

Multiple Item per Pack means you are including multiple items, or SKUs, in a shipping unit. πŸ’‘ For Multiple Item per Pack, the Shipped Quantity and the Quantity per Carton must match.

Variety Item per Pack means you are including multiple items, or SKUs, in a shipping unit, and you are able to pack several shipping units with the same number and assortment of items. πŸ’‘ The Shipped Quantity must be divisible by the Quantity per Carton.

For more details on how the Pack Type you select affects the Shipped Quantity and Quantity Per Carton fields, view the Advance Ship Notice Guide - click here.
