Change Password:
To change your password in Fulfillment, follow the instructions listed below:
Click SPS Commerce in the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen.
Click the Settings tab within Launchpad, then click Password.
Type in your current password and then your new password, following the guidelines on the right-hand side.
Click Update Password.
Change Email:
SPS Commerce Customer Support can change this email one time as a courtesy. To do, use Messenger to start a conversation with one of our Customer Support team members. They will send an invite to the new email address, and you will need to log out of your current account before clicking the link in the new invite you'll receive.
