Messenger allows you to start a conversation with one of our Customer Support team members. It's a great way to ask a question without having to pick up the phone or send an email!
Our Messenger team is available 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, and response times are within the hour. We are working on expanding these hours to better serve you in the future!
To get started, follow the instructions listed below:
- Click the Messenger icon in the lower right corner of your Fulfillment account.
- Click New Conversation to connect with an analyst. If you have used Messenger in the past, click See Previous to view a list of previous conversations. You can also search your question in our Help Center under Find an answer quickly.
- Close the chat by clicking the X.
Remember, if you need to log-off during your conversation your response from one of our analysts will be available when you log back in.
