How To Use Chat

How to use Chat to contact our Customer Support Team.

Chat allows you to start a conversation with one of our Customer Support team members.  It's a great way to ask a question without having to pick up the phone or send an email! 

To get started, follow the instructions listed below: 

  1. Click the Chat icon in the upper right corner of your Commerce Platform account. 

  2. Click Send Us a Message to connect with an analyst.  If you have used Chat in the past, click See All Conversations to view a list of previous conversations.  You can also search your question in our Help Center under Find your answer now.

  3. Close the chat by clicking the X.  

Remember, if you need to log-off during your conversation your response from one of our analysts will be available when you log back in.
