Creating One Return Document with Multiple Purchase Orders

How to combine Purchase Orders on one return document

To combine multiple Purchase Orders on one return document, use one of the options below:

Option 1: Create New 

  1. Click Create New within the Transactions tab.

  2. Select the Trading Partner you wish to work with.

  3. Select the document type you wish to create.

  4. Select the Purchase Orders you wish to combine.

  5. Select Auto Fill (Group Sources Together). Then click Continue.

Option 2: Selecting Orders First

  1. In the Transactions tab, search for the Purchase Orders you want to work with. You can sort by your Trading Partner and Order to find the Purchase Orders you are searching for.

  2. Check the box next to each Purchase Order you want to include in the return document.

  3. Once selected, an Actions Panel will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the More Actions icon, then choose Create New.

  4. Select the document type you want to create.

  5. Choose Auto Fill (Group Sources Together), then click Continue.
