What is MAX Chat?

MAX Chat is SPS Commerce's AI Agent, built directly into the platform and built on the world's most powerful network. MAX Chat can spot dynamic patterns, guide you through each step of your workflows for each of your customers, and help you proactively solve errors before they become chargebacks.

With the introduction of MAX, the full power of the SPS Commerce Network of supply chain knowledge and expertise is available to you directly in the flow of your work in Fulfillment and Fulfillment Monitor.

MAX Chat will be available to all SPS Customers to use in the coming months.

When you're working with MAX Chat, it begins it's work with where you are. That means that if you're looking at an Order, MAX will start with examining that document first before moving on to your other documents.

What's Next for MAX?

There's a lot of exciting things coming from SPS Commerce and MAX. Our Beta program of MAX Chat that is starting soon, as well as two additional features of MAX; MAX Connect and MAX Monitor.

MAX Connect

With MAX Connect, SPS connects to other agents across the Network to MAXimize your work with your retail, supplier, and logistics partners. MAX Connect supports MCPs (Model Context Protocols) to collaborate with agents, ERPs, CRMs, and data platforms to bring network intelligence to your workflows.

MAX Monitor

MAX Monitor keeps an eye on your transactions, requirements, and any issues that come up to make sure you're aware of any risks, even when you're not online. With MAX Monitor, insights into your connections have never been easier or more accessible.
