There are new features in your Fulfillment Solution! These new features will give you greater insight into your Orders, help you ensure compliance goals are met, and give you real-time insight into your customer's document requirements.

These features are currently only available for some of your connections with more on the way

New Insight Tile

There is a new Insight Tile on your Fulfillment Dashboard called Orders at Risk. This tile will help you prioritize your active Orders that are at risk and ensure that you have real-time visibility into any potential issues as they come up.

This tile works by using multiple flags (document errors, missing documents, and approaching due dates) to help you better understand what Orders need your attention.

Clicking on this tile will bring you to the Transaction tab and show you all Orders with a Non-Compliance Alert.

Non-Compliance Alerts

We have added real-time alerts at the document and workflow levels to give you insight into non-compliant documents. These alerts include clear instructions and come with links to the Order that is at risk to help you quickly find and fix issues.

To view the details of these alerts click directly on the the orange triangle next in the Alerts column.

Examples of non-compliance alerts include:

  • An Order is missing a required document

  • A document was sent out of order

  • A document was sent late

Clicking on either the Order number or Click Here will bring you to that Order, where you will find additional information in your workflow on next steps.

Intelligent Workflow Guidance

Within your workflows you will see a new AI-powered Workflow Guide. You can access this guide by clicking the book icon at the top right of your workflow.

You can also find the Workflow Guide in the More Actions menu while creating a document.

This Workflow Guide provides information for every step of your Order process and transforms your customer's compliance requirements into easy to follow steps, right in the flow of your work.

You will also see information about process expectations, including timelines, steps beyond EDI documents, label placement, a link to vendor guides when available, and more.

The vendor guide will provide you with valuable context into your customer's requirements, and will bring all of the power and insights of SupplierWiki by SPS Commerce into your Fulfillment workflow.

To log into SupplierWiki, you will use the same credentials you use to log into Fulfillment.

Retailer Rejections

Rejections and errors can come from a variety of sources and in different ways depending on how your customer sends them. With our AI-powered enhancements to Fulfillment you can gain critical insight immediately in an easy to understand message, regardless of how the rejection or error was sent to you.

If you get a rejection you will see a red number above the bell icon in the upper right of your screen when you log into Commerce Platform.

Clicking on the bell will bring you to your notifications tab where you can see an overview of the rejection.

Clicking on a notification will open a popup window with additional details on the rejection and steps you can take to fix it.

If your document was rejected by your Retailer/customer you can now see that rejection in your Workflow in Fulfillment Monitor.

You can also find detailed information about the rejection in the Transactions tab under Business View.
