What to do if you encounter the Unable To Determine Partnerships error message

If you encounter the Unable To Determine Partnerships error within Fulfillment, provide the following to Customer Support using Messenger

  • Name of your Trading Partner.  

  • Document you are attempting to create (ex. Invoice). 

A Customer Support  member will work to correct the error once this information has been received.
