What is Create and Send?
Create and Send simplifies your document creation, allowing you to generate and send return documents without manual data entry. This feature requires a one-time setup in Settings for each trading partner and document type. Continue reading to learn more!
Why would I use Create and Send?
Do you have to create several return documents for your trading partner for each order that have the same information over and over again? If the required details for these return documents are predictable, Create and Send can help streamline the process and improve your efficiency.
How do I setup and use Create and Send?
Use Auto Sourcing to prefill required fields with information that stays the same each time you send a document. This setup ensures that commonly used data is automatically populated.

Once all required fields for your document are set to Auto Source into new documents, instead of choosing Auto Fill or User Entry in document creation, choose Create and Send Document and watch your efficiency increase.
An alert will appear while your document processes in the background.
⚠️ If the document is unable to be automatically sent with the information provided in Auto Sourcing, a draft of the document will still be created and saved, so you can quickly complete the missing information and send.
