We require an electronic copy of the packing slip to be provided to the Testing & Certification team for formatting approval.

Specifications for the retailer's packing slip that you are testing for can be found in the Testing Portal, where once the formatting matches what the retailer is expecting, please provide the electronic copy of the packing slip in the messenger feature of the portal.

No need to send in a physical copy of the packing slip!

Once the formatting is verified, we will update the portal marking it as certified.
