Steps to setting Full View as the default in Fulfillment data entry

Document Views: Short vs. Full

When you create a new document to send to your Trading Partners, it will open in Short View by default. This view displays only the required fields that still need to be completed. These fields are marked with an asterisk. In Short View, the tabs normally shown at the top of the form are hidden, since only the required fields are visible.

If you switch to Full View, you will see all available fields, whether required or optional. In this view, the full set of tabs appears at the top of the form, allowing you to navigate through all sections of the document.

Setting Full View as Your Default

If you prefer to work in Full View, you can set it as your default for all documents. This preference will be saved and applied each time you create a document, even across different sessions.

To set Full View as the default:

  1. Go to the Transactions tab in Fulfillment and begin creating a new document.

  2. Once the document opens, click the More Options drop-down menu at the top of the form. This is located next to the Detailed View option.

  3. Check the box labeled Full View Priority.

πŸ’‘Tip: This setting will be saved for the user seat you are currently signed into.

To revert back to Short View as your default, simply uncheck the Full View Priority checkbox.
