Order Visibility enables you to access individual documents, summaries of document transactions, and exception-based reports based upon the fulfillment data that you exchange through SPS Commerce with your supplier community.

💡 While utilizing Order Visibility it is important to pay attention to the Date Criteria by which each report is being filtered.

Accessing Order Visibility

  1. Navigate to the Commerce Platform login page and enter your credentials:

  2. From the Commerce Platform Launchpad, locate and select the tile for Order Performance Analytics.

  3. After selecting the Order Performance Analytics tile, you will be brought to the Announcements page. Select Order Visibility from the Dashboards drop-down menu.
