In an effort to protect your proprietary information and practice data integrity, you will only be able to view data your company generates and standard EDI data.

All other data formats generated by your Trading Partners will not be visible within the Source or Destination tabs of Transaction Details.

You will see the following message when we are protecting your Trading Partner's proprietary data format and intentionally not showing any data:

  • You are not allowed to view your partner's Source/Destination file

  • This is non EDI data that may contain other trading partner's information

You will see the following message when something is wrong. Reach out to the SPS Commerce Support team via the Messenger icon for assistance.

  • Source file erred out

  • Check the Source tab for more information
