Workflows and return document are set based on requirements and specifications from your Trading Partner. If a document that you don’t send appears in a Workflow for a Trading Partner SPS Commerce is unable to remove it unless your Trading Partner provides confirmation.

If your Trading Partner has formally noted that you don't need to send that document type now, or in the future, please contact SPS Commerce Customer Support using Messenger or phone at (888) 739-3232, Option 1, Option 1.
