Regarding your MEDIA column questions. You will need to host your images somewhere online and provide the links. Some people use Drop Box or AWS (Amazon Web Services). Some companies already host images on their website. Work with your marketing or IT department to see what the best solution would be. DO NOT input “NA” or “N/A” into any columns. This causes errors is not a valid answer.

This below is the example of what should go into the required MEDIA columns:

Media Name: Primary

Media URL: https://www.spscommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/edi_example1.png

Media File Name: edi_example1.png

Media Type: Item Image

A File hosted on Drobox looks like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/38y3pmqpra1pqhr/SPS%20Blue%20Logo.jpg?dl=0

You must have a “direct link” to share photos with Modell’s. To make it a direct link you replace the www.dropbox.com with dl.dropboxusercontent.com

Example: The direct link would look like this: https://www.dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/38y3pmqpra1pqhr/SPS%20Blue%20Logo.jpg?dl=0https://www.dropbox.com/s/38y3pmqpra1pqhr/SPS%20Blue%20Logo.jpg?dl=0
