To find and view your transaction(s) as quickly as possible, we recommend using Advanced Search. The more criteria you enter, the faster your search results will appear.
How to use Advanced Search

  1. Access the search criteria fields by clicking Advanced Search next to the Key Word search bar.

  2. Enter all desired search criteria.

  3. Click Search. The number of search criteria specified will appear in a blue box next to Advanced Search, your matching transactions will appear below.

  4. To remove all previously entered search criteria, click Clear.



Customize your search criteria using Advanced Search Defaults

  1. Click Advanced Search Defaults to view a list of all available options.

  2. Click the checkbox next to the criteria title to add or remove search criteria.

  3. When finished, click Save. You will receive a confirmation statement once your search defaults successfully save.



Advanced Search Criteria Options

Standard Advanced Search Criteria

  • SPS Received Date – The date SPS Commerce received the transaction from the sender, formatted to reflect the Date/Time preference selected within Launchpad. Click within the field to select a specific date or a predetermined date.

  • Document ID – The transaction identifier, such as a Purchase Order Number, Invoice Number, etc.

  • Partner Name – The company name of your trading partner. Choose one or more options from the drop-down menu.

  • Document Type – The form of transaction, such as an Order, Invoice, etc. Choose one or more options from the drop-down menu.

  • Transaction Status – The level of completion related to the overall transmission of your transaction. Choose one or more options from the drop-down menu.

  • Acknowledgement Status – Indicates if SPS Commerce received confirmation from the recipient of the original transaction and whether the transaction was accepted. Choose one or more options from the drop-down menu.

  • Envelope Control Number – The unique transaction control number found in the data.

  • File Name – The name of the data file received.

  • Vendor Number – The unique alphanumeric identifier assigned by the retailer.

  • SPS ID – The unique SPS Commerce serial number assigned to the transaction.

  • Document Direction – The direction of the transaction from your company’s perspective.


Additional Advanced Search Criteria via Defaults

  • SPS Delivery Date – The date SPS Commerce delivered the transaction to the receiver, formatted to reflect the Date/Time preference selected within Launchpad. Click within the field to select a specific date or a predetermined date.

  • Acknowledgement Date - The date the final recipient confirmed they received the original transaction. Click within the field to select a specific date or a predetermined date.

  • Group Control Number - The unique transaction control number found in the data.

  • Transaction Control Number - The unique transaction control number found in the data.

  • My EDI ID – The ISA qualifier and ID associated with your company. Format should include a : between the qualifier and ID. Ex: ZZ:123456789. Choose one or more options from the drop-down menu.

  • Partner EDI ID - The ISA qualifier and ID associated with your trading partner. Format should include a : between the qualifier and ID. Ex: ZZ:123456789. Choose one or more options from the drop-down menu.

  • Location ID – Unique identifier assigned to each location. Choose one or more options from the drop-down menu.

  • Order Type –Type of Purchase Order, such as Dropship, Blanket, Renewal, etc. if included by your trading partner. Choose one or more options from the drop-down menu.
