Pick List

The Pick List, if utilized by your Trading Partner, can be accessed by clicking the Shipping Documents icon located at the top of the Purchase Order.

Shipping Labels

Shipping Labels are SPS Commerce generated labels that can be adhered to cartons, boxes, or pallets of product when shipped. Shipping Labels are built out to your Trading Partner's specifications, and cannot be altered without a request from your Trading Partner.

Shipping Labels are generated after the Advance Ship Notice is completed. To access your labels, save your Advance Ship Notice and click the Shipping Documents icon.

Packing Slip

The Packing Slip is often used for Orders being shipped directly to an end consumer.  Packing Slips are built to your Trading Partner's specifications, and cannot be altered without a request from your Trading Partner. The Packing Slip should be included in the actual shipment you are sending.

The Packing Slip, if required by your Trading Partner,  can be accessed by clicking the Shipping Documents icon from a saved Advance Ship Notice.
